SUB CONTRACTORS
As a result of our recent certification with the Civil Contractors Federation as
a Systems Certified Contractor it is necessary for us to provide our sub contractors
with an induction manual to read and acknowledge. You can access this manual by clickinging
on the attached PDF.
Please ensure you complete, sign and return the Sub Contractor
Details page and attach copies of your Public Liability and Workers Compensation
certificates of currency. We would also require you to have any of your employees
who may be working on Eye Spy Signs jobs to read the induction manual and sign the
acknowledgement page also attached.
